Telephone point Air conditioning (cools the whole of the ground floor). TV point Electricity consumer unit. The sitting room leads to a hallway giving access to the kitchen and dining room. Beyond the dining room is a room we have used as an office and junk room. The previous owners used it as a childs bedroom and hence has fitted wardrobes. This is where it becomes a little difficult to envisage. The house backs on to another street which is higher than the front street so the garage is above the office/bedroom and is at the same level as the first floor of the house. First Floor The front bedroom benefits from a small balcony with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada in the distance. It also has fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is in the middle of the house and comprises of: WC Bath with shower over Bidet Basin The second bedroom is at the rear of the house. It has to be said that the house is of modest proportions but that does have the benefit that the Contribution (the equivalent of Council Tax) is very low. This year it was 33 Euros for the year.
